Registration Categories

SIOP/IPSO/PROS members: Clinician, Researcher, Industry member who is a member of the International Society of Paediatric Oncology/International Society of Paediatric Surgical Oncology/The Paediatric Radiation Oncology Society. Must provide membership number when registering.

Non-members: Clinician, Researcher, Industry member who is NOT a member of the International Society of Paediatric Oncology/International Society of Paediatric Surgical Oncology/The Paediatric Radiation Oncology Society.

Fellows/Trainees/Residents/Students: Registrant must be a student or actively involved in training (residency, fellowship, etc.). May not hold a faculty appointment. Must complete and provide proof of enrollment (pdf) , signed by a department head. Please upload your completed document through the registration system.

Nurses/Healthcare Partners: Registration for nursing professionals, social workers, physical therapists, psychologists, non-profit funder, etc. Not intended for other academic degreed attendees.

CCI Member Survivors/Parents: Registration for members of the Childhood Cancer International.

LMICs: Registrant must be from the "Low and Lower-middle Income Countries" assigned by the World Bank Group. For the list of those countries, please refer to the list (pdf).

Accompanying Person: Must be a spouse or a family member of Registrant.

Note: Gala Dinner tickets are sold separately. Onsite tickets will be available, but the number will be limited.

Method of Payment

Registration fee must be made in Japanese yen using a valid credit card online. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB. Please note that after your registration payment, your credit card statement will show the transaction listed as “Proactive Inc.”, which is the agent handling the registration system for this Congress.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress secretariat.

  • Refunds will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the secretariat no later than May 31 (Fri), 2024 (JST).
  • A cancellation charge of 30% of fees paid will be deducted to cover administrative costs prior to making refund.
  • Refunds will not be made for cancellation requests received on or after June 1 (Sat), 2024 (JST) or for no shows.
  • All refund procedures will be made by the secretariat via the online registration system.

Visa Application

To receive Visa support, completed registration with full payment for the Congress is mandatory.

For countries/regions that are not exempt, you need a Visa to enter Japan. You may apply for a Short-Term Stay Visa for the purpose of attending a congress. You would need the following documents:

  • Visa application form
  • Travel itinerary
  • Invitation letter
  • Letter of guarantee (not necessary for those who are covering their own expenses including flight and accommodation)
