Submission of Abstracts
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Use “sentence case” for titles; please capitalize only the first word of your title
- Capitalize scientific terms as appropriate
- Abstract Submissions should be max 250 words. There is no template for the abstract. Please be ready to copy/paste the abstract into the platform.
- Tables and/or figures are not allowed
- Enter all author names, but please select a presenting author
- When choosing presentation format, please be aware that this will be taken into account when assigning results
- Please ensure that the email provided when submitting the abstract will still be valid when the author notification is emailed during April (tentatively)

Scholarship & Awards
1. Scholarship
Winners will be selected based on the following criteria
- Abstract with high review score
- Oral or poster presenters
- Country: LMICs only (low and lower-middle income countries according to the World Bank list)
- Must register for the congress by April 2
Amount
JPY150,000 per person on site (20 winners tentatively)
Scholarship winners will be contacted individually by email on March 29
*If winner has not registered by April 2, the scholarship will be given to the next candidate.
2. Awards
① APHOG Award: One outstanding oral presentation related to clinical trials
② SIOP Asia Award: One outstanding oral presentation from LMICs
③ Congress Chair Award: The best oral presentation among all
④ Best Poster Award: 5 best poster presentations
Criteria
Oral or poster presenters
Amount
- For Awards ①, ②, and ③: JPY50,000 in cash for each awardee
- For Award ④: JPY20,000 in cash for each awardee
Award ceremony will be held during the Gala Dinner on June 24 (Mon)
